Second home.

In a way, Riviera is our favourite spot in Caparica. This is mainly because of Pedro & his team. With his strong shoulders and his huge experience, his perfect knowledge of the waves, we have full trust in Pedro. Consequently, it was obvious to us that we wanted to start this series of mini-interviews with him.

Pedro’s Interview.

Pedro, when did you settle in Caparica?

Since ever! I was born there.

Why did you choose Caparica?

Because I love this place, this is where I was born. I couldn’t find any better place.

Longboard or shortboard?

My first board was a foamboard - Ndlr: Like us, the iconic foamboard all the kids had in the 80’s 90’s!

Nowadays I prefer practicing with a Longboard.

Sunset ou Sunrise?

Sunsets because they are so beautiful here, Sunset here brings so much energy and happiness!

Your favorite dish after a session?

 I don’t have any special meal, I’m always very hungry after a surf session, hahaha.

One fetish object or clothing?

 My boards of course! And shorts even in winter :-)

Riviera!

In Portugal, I love Arrifana in Costa Vicentina

A spot that makes you dream?

Fiji, California. Also, I’d like to go back to Maldives where I went only once.
